Overview

The Business Analyst, Student Registration (PATH) helps guide implementation and support clients leveraging registration and planning components of CourseLeaf, a software used by colleges and universities.

In Short

• Maintain understanding of CourseLeaf integrations with third-party platforms.
• Diagnose issues with CourseLeaf software and client systems.
• Assist with client registration event planning and execution.
• Communicate sensitive data between CourseLeaf and clients.
• Guide clients during implementation to help with requirements.
• Create documentation for troubleshooting processes.
• Work with clients on load testing for registration events.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the PATH module.
• Collaborate with developers and integration analysts.
• Travel up to 20% for client engagement.

Requirements

• Experience in student registration events in higher education.
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field with three years of experience.
• Prior experience with CourseLeaf products preferred.
