General Manager, B2B Insuretech Product - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and scale one of our B2B products with full P&L responsibility. Ledger has a suite of insuretech products that serve the emerging insurance securitization market that connects insurance risk to institutional capital. The products are all designed to leverage a data pipeline with an overlay of analytics and AI/LLM-based features to provide unprecedented transparency and standardization for insurers and institutional investors to what has historically been an opaque industry. This position will report to the CEO. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing a new B2B product, bringing it to market, and achieving scale in a tech start-up environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years in revenue management or product leadership.
• 5+ years in a technical product ownership or GM role.
• Proven track record in scaling businesses.
• Deep understanding of technical product revenue models.
• Expertise in SaaS, Fintech, or Insuretech.
• Strong strategic planning and financial acumen.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
• Expertise in product development and innovation.
• Understanding of insurance and finance is preferred.
