Requirements

• Strong understanding of blockchain technology.
• Experience with blockchain development frameworks such as Cosmos and Substrate.
• Knowledge of consensus algorithms and cross-chain bridge systems.
• Proficiency in smart contract development.
• Familiarity with Zero-Knowledge Proof (ZK) technology.
• 5-10 years of technical R&D experience with 5+ years in team management.
• Proficient in project management and coordination.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
