Event Planning Assistant Internship - Remote

In Short

• Responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and executing events.
• Develop and implement monthly events for seniors and immigrants.
• Coordinate events with cooperation partners and volunteer team.
• Communicate with internal clients and external service providers.
• Support in establishing new standards and event concepts.

Requirements

• Backgrounds in Event Management, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, Communications, or Tourism are desirable.
• Good knowledge of the German language (at least level B1).
• Approx. 20 hours/week commitment for 3-6 months.
• Availability for evening and weekend events required.
• Willingness to work on-site at our facilities.
