Overview

The Learning & Impact Manager will help measure and communicate the impact of Learning Equality's educational initiatives, focusing on underserved communities.

In Short

Requirements

  • Experience in qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Knowledge of edtech program evaluations.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience collaborating with partners and facilitating MEL trainings.
  • Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Understanding of equitable research practices.
  • Familiarity with statistical tools like SPSS, Stata, R, or Python.
  • Experience working in international development contexts.
  • Comfortable with various evidence languages.
  • A commitment to lifelong learning.
