Tutor Operations and Support Assistant - Remote

Overview

Learner Education is seeking a part-time, remote Tutor Operations and Support Assistant to support tutor hiring, onboarding, placements, and day-to-day operational needs across our tutoring programs.

In Short

• Part-time remote position
• Support tutor hiring and onboarding processes
• Coordinate placements and trial sessions for tutors and students
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Assist with administrative coordination across teams
• Provide support to tutors and students as needed
• Screen tutor applications and maintain candidate records
• Respond to inquiries from tutors and students
• Collaborate with internal teams via email and Slack
• Take on additional administrative tasks as required

Requirements

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable supporting multiple workflows
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with administrative tasks
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
• Proficient in using internal tools and systems
• Familiarity with hiring processes is a plus
• Experience in customer service or support roles
• Based in Central or South America
