Overview

The UX Operations and Research Associate at QuillBot will support product and design teams by conducting lightweight, tactical research to guide decisions and improve research processes across the company.

• Conduct surveys, usability tests, and concept evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Design, Anthropology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UX research operations or related role.
• Ability to conduct lightweight, tactical research.
• Experience with research and user testing tools.
• 2+ years of experience recruiting participants and managing logistics.
• Understanding of data privacy regulations and ethical practices.
• Excellent communication skills for documenting research findings.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to drive clarity.
• Experience in building repeatable processes and scalable tools.
