Requirements

• Academic background in Marketing, E-Commerce, Psychology, or Statistics
• Solid knowledge in conversion optimization and web analysis
• Practical experience in planning, conducting, and evaluating A/B tests
• Strong interest in Behavioral Economics, sales psychology, neuromarketing, and data analysis
• Responsibility and a high level of commitment
