Overview

As a Team Manager in Conversion Optimization, you will lead the CRO team, responsible for strategic development, budget planning, and performance management.

• Lead and develop the CRO team from junior to senior levels.
• Strategic planning and management of conversion optimization measures across various customer projects.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in data-driven conversion optimization and A/B test management.
• Initial leadership experience or team lead function in an agency or corporate environment.
• Deep understanding of UX, data analysis, behavioral economics, sales psychology, or neuromarketing.
• Confident communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in budget planning, resource management, and performance controlling.
• Passion for digital innovations, testing tools, and data-driven work.
• Independent and structured working style with a high focus on results.
