The Senior ServiceNow Developer role involves designing, configuring, and optimizing enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on delivering a modern employee experience and driving workflows and integrations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Engineer.
• Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and Glide APIs.
• Strong expertise in HRSD Enterprise Plus and ITSM processes.
• Experience with custom-scoped applications using App Engine Studio.
• Ability to deliver modern self-service portals using Service Portal or UI Builder.
• Hands-on experience with ITAM and ITOM modules.
• Experience configuring and maintaining ServiceNow integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile SCRUM methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with AWS integrations and cloud-based systems.
