Senior Microsoft 365 System Administrator - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Mid Microsoft 365 (M365) System Administrator to architect, govern, and maintain our global M365 environment.

In Short

• Serve as the final authority on M365 configuration and security best practices.
• Design and implement governance policies for Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Implement advanced security policies across Exchange Online and SharePoint.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell and Graph API scripts for automation.
• Provide Tier 2-3 support for critical system issues.
• Lead large-scale M365 projects and migrations.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party tools to enhance the M365 ecosystem.

Requirements

• Min 5+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365.
• Expert command of the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
• Advanced knowledge of mail flow rules and retention policies.
• Experience with SharePoint Online & OneDrive governance.
• Deep knowledge of Conditional Access Policies and single sign-on (SSO).
• Experience implementing DLP and eDiscovery cases.
