Overview

This role is designed for an experienced Full-Stack & AI Developer specializing in comprehensive backend development using Python, with a rich understanding of Machine Learning and Generative AI. The position requires a proficient skill set to build and seamlessly integrate AI-driven applications into web platforms, utilizing tools like Flask, OpenAI APIs, and LangChain.

In Short

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Python, primarily leveraging Flask framework.
• Utilize low code/no code end-to-end workflow platforms to integrate AI solutions into existing web platforms and automation agents.
• Integrate and optimize generative AI solutions, focusing on agentic AI end-to-end workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute AI-driven product strategies and initiatives.
• Build and enhance frontend applications using React.
• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure to deploy AI-powered applications.
• Optimize the system for performance, scalability, and security.
• Manage databases, including PostgreSQL (pgvector) and quadrant, to support AI and machine learning tasks.

Requirements

• Advanced experience with Python, specifically using Flask for backend development.
• Intermediate proficiency in React for frontend development.
• Deep understanding of Machine Learning and AI frameworks.
• Experience with Generative AI initiatives.
• Intermediate knowledge in working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Proficiency in database management, specifically with PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Practical knowledge in software architecture and coding practices.
• Experience integrating AI solutions into web platforms.
• Fluency in English (C1 level required).
