Overview

The Junior Data Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization’s critical business decisions through accurate, organized, and accessible data management.

In Short

• Maintain and update existing data pipelines between ArcherTMS and Google BigQuery.
• Integrate external workflow enhancement tools.
• Ensure data organization and reporting accuracy across platforms.
• Perform and monitor reconciliation between systems.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Google Sheets and Looker Studio.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to analyze business performance.
• Work alongside the Software Development team for system enhancements.
• Design processes to automate data validation.
• Support cross-functional needs by communicating effectively.
• Train team members on accessing reports and dashboards.

Requirements

• 2 years of professional experience with SQL, preferably Google BigQuery.
• Experience in the logistics and transportation industry.
• Hands-on experience with Google Sheets.
• Intermediate proficiency with Looker Studio.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Working knowledge of programming languages such as Go or Python.
• Demonstrated skills in data analysis.
• Familiarity with systems integration and maintaining data flows.
• Effective organizational and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent work experience.
