Lean Tech is seeking an Agile Project Manager with a focus on UX/UI design to lead and coordinate design initiatives, acting as a bridge between design, product, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana.
• Familiarity with design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.
• Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS).
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for metrics tracking.
• Ability to motivate and guide creative teams.
• Adaptability to shifting priorities and design changes.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and creative audiences.
