Product Designer - Remote

Overview

We’re searching for a Product Designer who can bring clarity and creativity to the user experience across our marketplace and subscription products. In this role, you’ll work directly with the founders and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams. Your mission is to transform complex workflows into elegant, intuitive, and user-friendly designs that delight users and ship quickly.

In Short

• Lead the design process end-to-end: research, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI.
• Turn customer insights and business goals into simple, engaging product experiences.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and founders to define and prioritize design solutions.
• Build flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to clearly communicate ideas.
• Maintain and evolve a consistent design system for scalability and visual cohesion.

• Iterate rapidly based on data, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Deliver pixel-perfect visual assets ready for engineering handoff.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to present and explain design decisions.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
