The DCX Client Services Home-Based Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist will be a part of a dynamic and collaborative finance team committed to enhancing collection efforts and driving continuous improvements for the business.

In Short

• Responsible for accurate and timely billing and collection processes.
• Business-to-business collections with extensive reconciliations.
• Maintain effective communication with customers.
• Invoice generation and payment processing.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports.
• Initiate collections procedures for overdue accounts.
• Assist with month-end close processes.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales team on payment-related issues.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using accounting software like QuickBooks or SAP.
• Knowledge of accounts payable principles and reconciliation.
• Ability to work overnight shifts in Philippine time or within US hours.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Previous offshore staff experience preferred.
• CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
