Requirements

• Completed training as a Notary or Tax Clerk

• High accuracy and detail-oriented working style
• Fluent in German (C2 level required)
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Word and Excel)
• Experience with digital tools (DocuSign, AdobeSign, Salesforce, Hubspot, Jira, or Trello) preferred
• Discreet, reliable, and team-oriented personality
