Overview

Lantern is looking for a Technical Product Manager, Contact Center to join our fast-growing team. This role is critical in connecting our members and providers with trusted Care Advocates and ensuring that members are paired with the most appropriate resources as quickly as possible.

In Short

  • Lead a high-performing product and engineering team.
  • Perform deep discovery and user research.
  • Create and drive IVR product strategy.
  • Act as the first point of contact for tech-related issues.
  • Own and socialize a multi-year product roadmap.
  • Create alignment across product peers and stakeholders.
  • Influence technical decisions in partnership with engineering.
  • Leverage data to inform roadmap and priorities.
  • Manage the product development process and timeline.
  • Make priority decisions rooted in business growth.

Requirements

  • 4+ years' experience in Product Management.
  • Experience in a leadership capacity.
  • Hands-on experience with IVR platforms (NICE, Genysys, Cisco).
  • Proficiency in optimizing call flows.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA nice to have.
  • Experience with startup/growth phase companies.
  • Ability to travel up to 1-2 times per quarter.
