Overview

LSA Video is seeking experienced ASL Interpreters to work remotely during overnight hours in a state-of-the-art VRI call center.

In Short

• Work remotely as an ASL Interpreter during overnight hours.
• Interpret between ASL, English transliteration, and spoken English via VRI.
• Provide superior customer service and assist with troubleshooting.
• Adhere to the RID Code of Professional Conduct.
• Maintain compliance with licensure and certification requirements.
• Flexible work schedule to meet 24/7 demands.
• Experience with VRS or VRI systems is preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills required.
• Minimum of 5 years interpreting experience.
• Must possess RID certification and Pennsylvania registration.

Requirements

• RID certification and proof of current Pennsylvania registration.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional and positive phone manner.
• Familiarity with Windows environment and MS Office suite.
• PC troubleshooting skills preferred.
• Willingness to learn and take on more responsibilities.
• High school diploma minimum.
• Can-Do attitude.
• Experience with VRS or VRI systems preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
