Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT business analysis, creating technical documentation.
• Quick learning: ability and desire for self-educate in a new industry in a short time.
• System thinking: the ability to analyze products, evaluate impact, and think about risks.
• Excellent communication skills, and the ability to talk with technical, non-technical people, as well as management.
• English B2 and higher: fluent communication with the clients and international team members.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to the client and team needs.
