Overview

CareBiller is seeking a powerhouse Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our Medical Billing and Client Support teams, focusing on operational excellence and driving automation and data-driven results.

In Short

• Lead day-to-day operations across Billing, Client Support, and Call Center.
• Design and improve standard operating procedures and quality assurance.
• Optimize CRM/ERP and workflow tools.
• Establish KPI frameworks and conduct performance reviews.
• Build and lead high-performing teams.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and remove process bottlenecks.
• Manage budgeting and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations.
• Report operational health to CEO.
• Experience launching new locations/teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years in operations leadership in healthcare, e-commerce, finance, or services.
• Proven experience building sales/support call centers and implementing CRM/workflow automation.
• Strong data literacy (Excel/BI) and KPI design experience.
• Process design skills: SOPs, scripts, QA standards.
• People leadership: hiring, coaching, and culture-building.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Budgeting and cost control experience.
• Stakeholder management and executive reporting abilities.
• Upper-Intermediate English; Ukrainian is a plus.
