The In-house Psychologist will play a key role in supporting the team at Laminar Projects by coaching individuals and groups to develop core skills and promote well-being.

Requirements

• MA in psychology from a recognized institution.
• 200 hours of supervised clinical experience.
• Certified and licensed psychologist.
• Extensive experience in CBT techniques.
• Understanding of psychopathology and psychological treatments.
• Leadership or performance coaching experience is a plus.
• Comfortable in teaching groups and coaching.
• English native or bilingual preferred.
