Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related majors.
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
  • 6 months of paid co-op or internship experience.
  • Legal right to work in the USA without restrictions.
  • Willingness to relocate and be on-call for support.
  • Leadership capabilities and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Skilled in verbal and written communication.
  • Six Sigma green belt certification expected.
  • Training in root cause failure analysis and process safety.
