Overview

The Sr. Graphic Designer works under general supervision and follows company and department policies and procedures to create visually compelling, brand-aligned designs that enhance customer engagement and drive conversions.

In Short

• Develops content for clients’ product listings, A+ Content, storefronts, and advertisements.
• Partners with Content Copy Writers and Content Managers for cohesive assets.
• Creates graphics for Amazon ads tailored to drive click-through and conversion.
• Researches industry trends and competitor designs.
• Adapts to industry design trends and eCommerce best practices.
• Maintains organized files and asset libraries.
• Discusses inconsistencies and solutions with the manager.
• Establishes collaborative relationships with internal teams.
• Acts as a technical resource for colleagues.
• Maintains or exceeds department performance standards.
