Lago is seeking a talented and driven Paid Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our paid media strategies across various platforms including search engines, social media, and display networks.

In Short

• Build and manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google Ads.
• Develop full funnel campaign and conversion strategy for paid social channels.
• Produce high-performing copy, creatives, and ad variants.
• Optimize targeting, ads, campaign settings, etc. to achieve and maintain KPIs.
• Collaborate with Account Manager to retain and grow accounts.
• Perform competitor and targeting research across social ad platforms.
• Setup pixels and conversion tracking in accordance with best practices.
• Stay up-to-date on platform updates, new features, and policy changes.
