Finance Manager (E-commerce) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations in the e-commerce sector.

In Short

• Lead monthly financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes
• Monitor P&L performance across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and other sales channels
• Track and analyze COGS, advertising spend, fulfillment costs, and returns
• Manage cash flow planning, vendor payment schedules, and inventory financing strategies
• Reconcile payouts from marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.)
• Collaborate with operations and sales teams to optimize inventory turnover and working capital
• Coordinate with external accountants and tax advisors to ensure compliance
• Identify opportunities for automation in financial processes (e.g., invoice processing, forecasting tools)

Requirements

• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
• Experience in financial operations, particularly in e-commerce
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and financial reporting
• Ability to manage budgets and forecast financial performance
• Experience with P&L management
• Knowledge of compliance and tax regulations
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
