We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in cabling, infrastructure, CAD design, CCTV, and access control to oversee and drive the successful delivery of technical projects. This is a fully remote position requiring a proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation to completion while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to cabling, infrastructure, CAD designs, CCTV systems, and access control.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
Ensure all projects meet technical specifications, regulatory standards, and client expectations.
Collaborate with technical teams, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage cross-functional teams remotely to deliver quality outcomes within deadlines.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays and cost overruns.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.
Ensure technical accuracy and feasibility of CAD designs and infrastructure plans.
Stay updated on industry standards and emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes.
Provide regular project status updates and comprehensive reports on milestones and deliverables.

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in cabling, infrastructure, CAD design, CCTV, and access control.
Demonstrated success managing multiple complex technical projects with measurable outcomes.
Strong project management skills with experience in Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
Technical proficiency in CAD design software (e.g., AutoCAD) and CCTV/access control systems.
Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Deep understanding of cabling standards, infrastructure requirements, and system installations.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
