The Program Manager will oversee the delivery of Financial and Legal services to disabled veterans and their caregivers, ensuring compliance with business rules and performance metrics.

Requirements

• 15 years of experience in finance and legal services.
• Experience in call service centers for finance and legal guidance.
• Must meet government security requirements.
• Ability to pass a Tier-1 Background investigation.
• Preferred experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs.
• Management experience leading large teams.
• Experience supervising remote workforce.
• Familiarity with DoD legal processes.
• Experience with 24/7 operations.
