Requirements

• Passionate about the world of tourism and cruises
• Experience as a travel agent or similar role in a travel agency or tour operator
• Excellent telephone and email consultation skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on customer service and quality
• Basic knowledge of shipping companies and cruise ships is desirable
