Technical Project Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Technical Project Manager, you will support cross-functional engineering teams in the successful planning, execution, and delivery of mission-critical projects within a fully remote company dedicated to the crypto industry.

In Short

• Drive end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional technical projects.
• Build and manage project plans, roadmaps, dashboards, and release timelines.
• Coordinate teams around strategic priorities and outcomes.
• Identify dependencies, manage risks, and unblock teams.
• Facilitate standups, retrospectives, and planning sessions.
• Track KPIs and project health via metrics and dashboards.
• Manage intake workflows across multiple channels.
• Work closely with external vendors when required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management.
• Strong technical acumen in engineering, compliance, or fintech.
• Experienced with Atlassian Suite of products.
• Proficient in Agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Working knowledge of scripting is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-starter with a track record of driving initiatives.
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to experiment.
• Strong sense of discretion and data sensitivity.
