Sr. Associate, Business Operations - Remote

Overview

As a Sr. Associate on our Business Operations team, you’ll own the engine rooms of Asset Listings: intake workflows, partner-ops coordination, KPI tracking, and cross-functional execution.

In Short

• Manage the referral pipeline, triage new tokens, and track status through launch.
• Build and refine SOPs, playbooks, and runbooks for every stage.
• Serve as the operational point-person for various teams.
• Facilitate weekly syncs, document action items, and drive SLAs.
• Define, maintain, and automate dashboards tracking key metrics.
• Surface trends, risks, and opportunities via regular reporting.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement automations.
• Present operational performance and key insights to leadership.
• Act as internal operations lead for a world-class experience.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in Business or Revenue Operations.
• Understanding of the end-to-end asset listing process.
• Knowledge of exchange mechanics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
• Highly proficient with project management tools.
• Proactive mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Passionate about the cryptocurrency world.
• Fluent in English.
