Overview

As a Sr. Associate on our Business Operations team, you’ll own the engine rooms of Asset Listings, bridging various departments to ensure timely and accurate token launches.

In Short

• Manage the referral pipeline and track new tokens through launch.
• Build and refine SOPs for application reviews and post-launch monitoring.
• Serve as the operational point-person for various teams.
• Facilitate syncs and drive SLAs for integration and liquidity.
• Define and automate dashboards to track performance metrics.
• Surface trends and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement automations.
• Present insights to senior leadership.
• Act as internal operations lead for a world-class experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Business or Revenue Operations in financial services.
• Understanding of the asset listing process and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of exchange mechanics and tokenomics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
• Proficient with project management tools and automation tools.
• Proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
• Passionate about cryptocurrency and industry trends.
• Fluent in English, based in the US or APAC.
