Senior Data Analyst - Treasury - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Data Analyst - Treasury at Kraken, you’ll be a core member of our Treasury team, owning the architecture, automation, and innovation behind our treasury operations. You’ll help optimize our systems, quantify financial risk, and bring clarity through data — all while supporting Kraken’s mission of accelerating the adoption of cryptocurrency worldwide.

In Short

• Evaluate, implement, and maintain best-in-class treasury management systems (TMS).
• Develop sophisticated models to manage interest rate, foreign exchange, and liquidity risks.
• Partner with Enterprise Finance and Data teams for seamless integration.
• Champion the use of Python, dbt, and SQL-based tooling to automate treasury processes.
• Build dashboards and reports for senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with global regulatory frameworks.
• 5–7+ years of experience in Accounting, Financial Services, or Treasury roles.
• 3–5+ years hands-on experience with Python and SQL/dbt.
• Strong grasp of Treasury Management Systems.
• Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
