Platform Accounting Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Platform Accounting Analyst will play a crucial role in month-end close and reporting, supporting business processes and products from an accounting and reconciliation perspective in a fully remote environment.

In Short

• Interface daily with internal systems for fiat and digital asset reconciliations.
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations for month-end close.
• Research and correct discrepancies while communicating findings.
• Support financial reporting and regulatory requests.
• Ensure compliance with various regulatory environments.
• Manage and develop reconciliation processes for efficiency.
• Maintain daily, monthly, and yearly reconciliations.
• Provide support for internal and external audits.
• Document processes to ensure proper controls.
• Participate in ad hoc requests as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting/audit experience from Big 4 or national firms.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and experience with SOX.
• Collaborative and adept at building relationships.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
