Deputy Regional Information Security Officer - Remote

Overview

As a Deputy Regional Information Security Officer, you will support regional information security, operational resilience, and business continuity initiatives in a fully remote environment.

In Short

• Prepare and report to regional risk governance and board committee meetings.
• Conduct and document security risk assessments for regional operations.
• Execute and maintain Business Impact Assessments (BIA).
• Support Business Continuity Plan (BCP) maintenance across regulated entities.
• Collaborate with Group Security and IT teams on global policies.
• Participate in drafting MiCA- and DORA-aligned security policies.
• Support periodic security control testing and audit cycles.
• Maintain compliance evidence libraries for key regulatory domains.
• Oversee third-party risk assessments.
• Act as a liaison between business units and global security teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in IT compliance and risk management.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks like ISO27001 and SOC2.
• Experience in business continuity or risk management.
• Ability to understand technical systems and corresponding risks.
• Project management skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks with competing deadlines.
