Sales Engineer for Automation and Testing Systems - Remote

Overview

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing and providing technical advice to an existing international customer base while acquiring new business partners.

In Short

• Manage the entire sales process from proposal creation to contract signing.
• Identify customer needs and requirements independently.
• Create concepts and ideas considering economic aspects of diverse projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to prepare calculations.
• Work closely with sales management to develop the business area.
• Conduct customer presentations and training at the company site and at customer locations.
• Plan and participate in international trade shows.

Requirements

• Completed higher education in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Information Technology, or similar.
• Several years of sales or project management experience in industrial measurement and testing technology, automation technology, or mechanical engineering.
• Strong communication skills and a preference for complex technical issues.
• Fluent in German and English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
