In Short

• Develop and execute research plans and strategies tailored to client and project needs.
• Independently lead complex, multi-phase research efforts across multiple projects.
• Employ diverse methods such as interviews, contextual inquiries, usability testing, and ethnographic studies.
• Identify gaps and opportunities by analyzing existing data sources and conducting new studies.
• Plan, conduct, and report on usability testing to validate and refine designs and prototypes.
• Perform UX audits of existing products to uncover pain points and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze and synthesize research findings to create user personas, flows, journeys, experience maps, and task flows.
• Centralize research findings in a well-organized repository using tools like Dovetail or Userbit.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and stakeholders.
