Social Media Manager (m/w/d) | TikTok & Meta | Part-Time - Remote

Overview

KORALLS is a natural haircare brand for women, focusing on stimulating hair growth naturally and protecting hair with a thoughtful system of products for various life stages. We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to actively grow our presence on TikTok and Instagram, produce content, and engage with the community daily.

In Short

• Plan and implement a content strategy for TikTok and Instagram.
• Create content from our existing library and original content.
• Be the face of the brand, recording videos and being active.
• Conduct TikTok Lives, answering questions and explaining products.
• Manage community interactions, including comments and DMs.
• Create static content and carousels, primarily using Canva.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on approvals and processes.
• Manage influencer outreach and cooperation requests.
• Monthly reporting on performance and optimization.
• Prepare content for performance ads and the website.

Requirements

• Relevant experience as a Social Media Manager, ideally in E-Commerce/Beauty.
• Proficient in TikTok and Meta Business Suite.
• Comfortable in front of the camera and creating content.
• Canva skills; Photoshop is a plus.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage a content calendar.
• Proactive and ownership-oriented with a good sense of social media trends.
• Communication primarily in German, some English required.
