Overview

The DEI Trainee Intern will support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives at Konecranes, gaining hands-on experience in a multicultural environment.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a relevant university program.
• Ability to work 15-16 hours per week for 6 months.
• Strong interest in DEI practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and communication tools.
• Excellent research and analysis skills.
• Familiar with cultural nuances and business landscapes.
• Proficiency in English.
• Proactive and detail-oriented.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
