HR Intern - Remote

Overview

This internship is designed as a true immersion into the full scope of Human Resources in an international environment, working closely with the Head of People & Culture.

In Short

• Contribute to recruitment processes including coordination, screening, and candidate communication.
• Help improve candidate experience and recruitment tools.
• Coordinate training sessions and track participation.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports and dashboards.
• Participate in cross-country HR projects.
• Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
• Support health & safety initiatives.
• Help organize internal events and employee initiatives.
• Gain exposure to HR in an international company.
• 4 to 6 months internship duration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• A first internship or short professional experience is a strong plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable and able to handle sensitive information.
• Able to take initiative and work with autonomy.
• Fluent in English; French or another European language is a plus.
