Store Operations Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Store Operations Analyst is responsible for reviewing and analyzing various metrics to manage reconciliation activities and provide actionable insights to field leadership.

In Short

• Review store operations databases for accuracy.
• Submit reconciliation items according to company policies.
• Partner with field teams to assess RGN trends and discrepancies.
• Investigate credit discrepancies with distribution centers and vendors.
• Analyze bad debt accounts to aid in collections.
• Ensure compliance with Pcard activity and identify anomalies.
• Review cash handling metrics for procedural issues.
• Provide feedback on the evolution of the analyst role.
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention and Operations teams.
• Work in a fast-paced office environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• At least five years of relevant analytical work experience.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficient in Excel and computer skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and multitask.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience in a store environment is a plus.
• Office working environment.
