The Head of Financial Planning & Analysis will lead a team, oversee the forecasting and budgeting processes, and provide insightful analysis to support business decisions.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration focusing on finance/controlling or similar qualification.
• Several years of leadership experience in controlling.
• Experience in a corporate environment is preferred.
• Proficient in modern IT tools (MS Excel, PowerPoint, QlikView/Power BI).
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Flexibility and quick comprehension abilities.
• Ability to handle complex issues and challenges.
• Excellent understanding of target group-oriented reporting.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
