In Short

• Design, train, and deploy computer vision models for tasks such as object detection, recognition, and tracking.
• Fine-tune and integrate large language models (LLMs) to enhance natural language understanding and interaction.
• Build pipelines for data collection, preprocessing, and annotation for vision and language datasets.
• Develop and optimize APIs to integrate AI models with other platforms and systems.
• Conduct field tests to validate model performance in real-world scenarios.
• Create robust systems for model monitoring, retraining, and maintenance.
• Ensure AI models are optimized for low-latency, high-accuracy performance.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to implement scalable solutions for real-time AI inference.
• Research and prototype new AI techniques and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Write and maintain technical documentation, including model architectures and deployment strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a focus on computer vision or LLMs.
• Ph.D. in AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• Experience deploying AI models on edge devices like NVIDIA Jetson.
• Familiarity with autonomous robots or IoT device integration.
• Proficiency in C++ or other performance-critical languages.
• Knowledge of real-time streaming technologies like Kafka.
• Certification in data engineering or cloud platforms.
• Leadership experience: mentoring or leading small AI teams.
• Strategic mindset: aligning AI solutions with business objectives.
• Experience with reinforcement learning or GANs.
