Kitman Labs is the performance intelligence company, disrupting and transforming the way the sports industry uses data to unlock the potential of the world’s top athletes. We are looking for a thoughtful, talented Product Designer to join our team and help shape our product.

In Short

• Join a collaborative design team focused on innovation in sports performance.
• Run and collaborate on discovery work for key initiatives.

• Execute on all stages of the design process.
• Conduct usability testing with prototypes.
• Perform design QA and product heuristic assessments.

• Engage in dialogue with other designers on product direction.

Requirements

• 7+ years in a software product design role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent online portfolio showcasing UX, UI, and visual design.
• Experience working with development teams to build web products.
• Prior experience in the sports industry is ideal.
• End-to-end experience from research to design of user journeys.
• Experience with maintaining and improving a Design System.
