Kingstonville is seeking an experienced Senior Grants Management Analyst to provide professional grants management support for Federal financial assistance programs. This role involves providing expert guidance and support to clients in securing, managing, and reporting on grants, while ensuring compliance with funding requirements. The Senior analyst will play a critical role in helping clients maximize their funding opportunities and strengthen their grants management practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in grants management.
• Strong understanding of grants management concepts and funding workflows.
• Demonstrated experience supporting all phases of the grant lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of applicable grants compliance requirements.
• Ability to analyze funding-related issues and provide compliant solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of federal grants and associated regulations.
