  • Diagnose errors and provide support for hardware and software.
  • Manage software and hardware projects including configuration and commissioning.
  • Provide telephone consultation and support for the Kienzle portfolio.
  • Deliver 1st-level support for B2B customers via phone, email, and remote assistance.
  • Conduct online training and software training for customers.
  • Create technical documentation and manuals.

Requirements

  • Completed training in automotive mechatronics, vehicle electronics, or IT.
  • Experience with vehicle electronics, diagnostic technology, and IT systems.
  • Practical skills in electronics and mechanics.
  • Good PC skills and proficiency in MS Office 365.
  • Independent and structured working style with a passion for solving complex problems.
  • Strong customer orientation, communication skills, and patience in support.
  • Driver's license Class B.
  • Good English language skills.
