As a Senior Marketer, you will conceptualize, implement, and optimize paid ads for various platforms, collaborating with clients and internal teams to drive growth and performance.

Requirements

• Fluent German in written and spoken form.
• Experience in paid social and SEA in a B2B environment.
• Strong knowledge of target audiences, funnels, retargeting, and tracking.
• Understanding the difference between a good and a scalable campaign.
• Experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Analytical thinking, performance mindset, and a hands-on mentality.
