Senior Online Marketer - Remote

Overview

Aviko brings people together with exciting potato products. As part of our marketing team, you will work in an international environment with short communication lines, closely connected with colleagues from Germany, the Netherlands, and external partners in the area of online and web.

In Short

• Comprehensive campaign management: planning, execution, tracking, and reporting of digital marketing activities across all relevant channels.
• Optimization of SEA campaigns focused on Google Ads, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, budget control, and conversion tracking.
• Independent management of social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Collaboration with an external digital marketing agency, leading the partnership and focusing on results and quality.
• Responsibility for local content strategy and integration of global strategies, including editorial planning and operational content deployment.
• Maintenance and development of DACH websites (CMS - preferably Drupal, but also WordPress or comparable systems), including performance monitoring.
• Implementation of comprehensive SEO measures, including website performance analysis using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Development and implementation of email marketing strategies combined with marketing automation.

Requirements

• You are an online marketing professional with a completed degree (Bachelor or Master).
• You have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing - ideally in the food or foodservice sector.
• You are proficient in SEO, SEA, Google Ads, social media, Google Analytics, and CMS systems.
• You have a good sense for language, storytelling, and visual communication.
• You work independently, creatively, and data-driven.
• This is predominantly a remote position, where you will work approximately 90% of the time from home and be present on-site in the Netherlands about 10% of the time. Some travel willingness is therefore required.
