Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team and support our USA P&L Team with leading high-impact, integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, trial, and velocity in retail. This is a strategic, cross-functional role focused on accelerating growth—distinct from performance marketing or direct-response acquisition.

In Short

  • Lead the strategy, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns designed to drive DTC sales and in-store retail velocity;
  • Produce high-quality photo and short-form video content (TikToks/Reels) that showcases the product;
  • Create and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals;
  • Monitor channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster relationships with followers;
  • Support shopper marketing initiatives across key retail accounts;
  • Execute retail media strategies across key platforms;
  • Build and scale influencer and content creator campaigns;
  • Oversee campaign creative development;
  • Analyze campaign performance and retail sales data;
  • Manage external agencies and partners;
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across marketing, sales, and operations.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on emerging or high-growth CPG brands;
  • Proven track record of leading campaigns that drive measurable impact;
  • Deep experience with retail media networks and platforms;
  • Strong background in shopper marketing and retail activation strategies;
  • Experience managing influencer and content creator campaigns;
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically;
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills;
  • Strong analytical capabilities;
  • Experience in natural, organic, or plant-based food and beverage categories;
  • Familiarity with both natural and conventional grocery retail channels;
  • Experience working within a DTC subscription sales environment;
  • Experience working closely with sales teams managing key retail accounts;
  • Existing relationships with retail media partners;
  • Based on the U.S. East Coast.
