Senior QA Analyst, Privileged Access Management - Remote

Overview

Keeper is hiring a talented Senior QA Analyst to join our Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Keeper Secrets Manager (KSM) product teams. This can be a 100% remote position from select locations with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates based in the El Dorado Hills, CA or Chicago, IL metro area.

In Short

• Develop, execute and maintain test plans, test cases and automated tests for PAM and KSM functionality.
• Perform integration testing across cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Validate functionality across Windows, Linux, databases and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Identify, report and validate defects, collaborating with development and product teams for resolution.
• Execute security-focused testing workflows and partner with security teams.
• Perform stress, reliability and fault-tolerance testing for PAM and KSM services.
• Analyze logs, errors and system behavior to troubleshoot failures.
• Recommend improvements to enhance product usability, resilience and security.
• Maintain clear documentation of testing procedures and results.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in PAM and secrets management.

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of PAM concepts and infrastructure integrations.
• Experience with identity systems and enterprise workflows.
• Ability to collaborate closely with engineering, product, and security teams.
• Experience in functional, integration, and security-focused testing.
• Knowledge of industry standards for security testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, and Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in analyzing logs and troubleshooting failures.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Understanding of testing across various operating systems.
